Traveling Flag Request Form

Woodmen of the World's Traveling Flags make a big statement about our patriotism. Currently, we have 50- x 100-foot and 30- x 60-foot flags available for rent. These oversized Traveling Flags can be used at parades, athletic events, school assemblies and other patriotic celebrations.

The flags may be carried, professionally hung from a large building or other structure, or in some cases, raised on a flagpole. Signs and Shapes International arranges for shipping of the flag and provides guidelines for display and instructions on its handling in accordance with U.S. Flag Foundation guidelines. Rental fees cover shipping and insurance, as well as the cost of cleaning and any necessary repair to the flag, following use.

Please keep in mind that the large flag requires a minimum of 70 participants and the small flag requires a minimum of 40 participants.
